NOTICE OF REHABILITATION

Please be advised that on May 31, 2018, Grand Court Order of Calanthe (“GCOC”) was placed into rehabilitation by the Texas Department of Insurance, in Cause No. D-1-GN-18-001933; The State of Texas vs. Grand Court Order of Calanthe, in the 250th Judicial District Court of Travis County.  You can find a copy of the Agreed Order Appointing Rehabilitator, Permanent Injunction and Notice of Automatic Stay by clinking on the Pleadings link on this page. 

Resolution Oversight Corporation has been appointed as Special Deputy Receiver to manage GCOC during this receivership proceeding.  The address and phone number are below. 

What does this Court Order mean to me?

If you have a policy with GCOC, nothing has changed but we need to be able to contact you.  Your policy is still in effect and you must still make your premium payments.  If your policy is fully paid, your policy is still in effect.  It is very important that you let the Special Deputy Receiver know how to contact you.  Please send an email to: rpinon@rocsdr.com

Please provide your name, address, your phone number and policy number and the name, address and phone number of your Worthy Counsellor. 

If you do not have access to email, you may send a letter with the requested information to the address below.  You may also call the number below to provide the information.  The quickest way to get a response is to send an email.  It is important for us to be able to contact you about your policy.

If you are a creditor of GCOC, there is an automatic stay that applies to actions against GCOC.  This stay prevents any litigation or collection actions except in accordance with the receivership orders.  Please send an email stating the nature of your claim to rpinon@rocsdr.com Please also provide your contact information so we can provide information on filing a claim with GCOC estate.

If you are a Worthy Counsellor, please contact our office so that we can help make sure your members are kept up to date with any changes to the payee, methods for reporting claims, and location of policy holders or beneficiaries.  Your cooperation will be very important to the successful continuation of coverage for your members.  Please send an email to rpinon@rocsdr.com and provide your contact information.  Also, please let us know if any of your members have any address changes.
